Genuine Gascon cuisine is interpreted by Chef Marc Abramovici, who honed his consumate skills in the illustrious Catalan kitchens of two-Michelin-starred Abac and three-Michelin-starred Raco de Can Fabes before coming home to Le Florida.

There is a pastoral yet gracious Gascon farmhouse atmosphere in this oasis, which seats up to 25 guests. In the summer months there is a shady terrace on which to eat. Meals attract a demanding local and international clientele – it’s an address for the discerning.
