Cuisine masterclass

The Florida proposes a total immersion Cuisine masterclass under real conditions in our gastronomic restaurant kitchens at the side of Chef Marc Abramovici and his team. On the programme is a half-day of private tuition.


8.30am – Straight to the kitchen after a welcoming coffee. As a new apprentice, you follow the Chef’s protocol and take part in preparing dishes and cooking like a team member.

12am – The first clients arrive. The restaurant opens: watch the team in action as everything gets going. Preparations are finalised, last-minute procedures and arrangements, the chef shows you his secrets and tricks.

13h. At table, you try an entrée, main course and dessert with a glass of wine and a coffee.

Price: 200€ on booking, at least 48 hours in advance.
